"At first I did not feel confident but after working on my personal statement with my coach I felt 10x more confident and I actually felt like a competitive applicant! My coach kept me accountable and would check in on me regularly. I think that helped me to keep up with the deadlines that we set and to not do everything at the last minute. My coach also helped me to put myself out there and find preceptors, which was something that I would not have been able to do on my own. My coach was always so positive and understanding when I had family emergencies and could not complete something by the deadline."
