Chief Executive Officer & Founder, All Access Dietetics
Jenny Westerkamp began her career during her senior year of college (April 2008) when she started All Access Dietetics. Since then she has been dedicated to meeting the needs of the future dietitian community. She also runs All Access Dietitians, a group dietitian practice that takes insurance.
Previously, Jenny was Team Nutritionist for the Chicago Bulls (2017-2022) the Minor League Lead Nutrition for the Chicago Cubs (2016, 2017), Marketing Manager for Kitchfix, and Senior Sports Nutritionist for SportFuel, Inc. where she worked with the Rockford IceHogs, Chicago Blackhawks, and NBA Development League. She is also the co-author of Green Foods for Men.
She has been interviewed for a variety of media outlets including Good Morning America, Today’s Dietitian, and Men’s Fitness. Jenny was the President of the Chicago Food and Nutrition Network.
Jenny graduated with high honors from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign and earned a Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Human Nutrition. She completed her dietetics training at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston, Massachusetts.

Chief Operating Officer
Susan is a results-driven professional with a foundation in nutrition and business. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Immaculata University, completed her supervised practice through Meredith College, and graduated with high honors with a master of business administration. A Philadelphia-area native, Susan now lives in New Jersey and has worked closely with Jenny Westerkamp since 2015.
Susan has played a pivotal role in the growth of Pass Class, which has helped thousands of aspiring dietitians pass the RD exam since its launch in 2020! Pass Class is offered by over 50 (and growing!) dietetics programs annually. Outside of All Access Dietetics, she serves as the Operations Manager for the All Access Dietitians Private Practice Fellowship: a 1-year, high-volume, accelerated nutrition counseling training program for new dietitians.
Before stepping into these roles, Susan gained extensive experience in clinical dietetics and business operations, contributing to several start-ups in the field.
Director of RD Exam Support
Susy Cohen, RD, LDN is a Registered Dietitian from Miami, Florida with a passion for helping and inspiring future dietitians so they can grow, gain confidence in their abilities, and understand the challenging yet incredible concepts of nutrition and its scientific components.
She graduated from Florida International University Summa Cum Laude in December 2019 with a B.S. in Dietetics and Nutrition and then went on to complete her clinical-focused dietetic internship at Larkin Community Hospital in South Miami. With a love for clinical nutrition and nutrition support, Susy currently works as an acute care dietitian in a trauma-level hospital and is working towards her Certified Nutrition Support Clinician (CNSC) credentials. She also has a knack for writing and is currently working on a comprehensive blog for parents and kids requiring tube feeding, as well as children with inborn errors of metabolism, gastrointestinal disorders, among other pediatric conditions.
Creator of Review Session Recordings in Pass Class. Scored a 35 on her exam! Acute care dietitian in a trauma-level hospital and is working towards her Certified Nutrition Support Clinician (CNSC) credentials in Miami.
Experienced tutor interested in making students feel more comfortable as test takers. Currently a Campus Dining Dietitian based in Illinois with previous experience in clinical, oncology, and nutrition support.
10+ years of experience in dietetics education. DPD Director and passionate mentor to hundreds of past and current dietetics students in Oklahoma.
Makayla is an RDN and small business owner with a background in nutrition and dietary quality research based in Oklahoma. In college, Makayla worked as an Academic Tutor for students enrolled in introductory nutrition and microbiology courses. In 2023, she passed the RDN exam on her first attempt with the help of Pass Class! Makayla is deeply passionate about mental health and mindset and believes embodying confidence and self-belief is key to a successful exam day. She looks forward to guiding RD2BEs throughout their study journeys and helping them achieve their dreams of becoming RD’s/RDN’s!

Utilized Pass Class herself to pass the CDR exam the first time with a 35 as a second-career dietitian! Works as a registered dietitian at an Intensive Cardiac Rehabilitation (ICR) center in beautiful North Idaho.
