Coach Bio

Supriya Lal is a Canadian native, who now resides in New York City. She earned a bachelor’s degree from NYU in Global Public Health/Nutrition and Dietetics and went on to complete her dietetic internship at Duke University Hospital with a clinical concentration. She also completed a Masters in Public Health from NYU, with an emphasis in nutrition. Because of her extensive time familiarity with NYC programs, she can certainly help you with your applications to these internships! Additionally, with her background in both the clinical and public health realms, she is sure to help guide your application to where it is best suited. 

Her past experience includes: working within the food industry for an all-women-owned start-up business, conducting research with the McSilver Institute on Maternal and Child Health and Nutrition, research on COVID and Minority Health through Polygeia, and recent media coverage in Business Insider, HuffPo, and LiveKindly. Her diverse background will certainly come in handy when it comes to advising and helping you with your application and planning your career goals!
