Chief Executive Officer & Founder, All Access Dietetics
Jenny Westerkamp began her career during her senior year of college (April 2008) when she started All Access Dietetics. Since then she has been dedicated to meeting the needs of the future dietitian community. She also runs All Access Dietitians, a group dietitian practice that takes insurance.
Previously, Jenny was Team Nutritionist for the Chicago Bulls (2017-2022) the Minor League Lead Nutrition for the Chicago Cubs (2016, 2017), Marketing Manager for Kitchfix, and Senior Sports Nutritionist for SportFuel, Inc. where she worked with the Rockford IceHogs, Chicago Blackhawks, and NBA Development League. She is also the co-author of Green Foods for Men.
She has been interviewed for a variety of media outlets including Good Morning America, Today’s Dietitian, and Men’s Fitness. Jenny was the President of the Chicago Food and Nutrition Network.
Jenny graduated with high honors from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign and earned a Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Human Nutrition. She completed her dietetics training at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston, Massachusetts.

Chief Operating Officer
Susan earned her bachelor’s degree from Immaculata University, completed her supervised practice through Meredith College, and graduated with high honors with a master of business administration. She lives in New Jersey and is a Philadelphia-area native.
Susan joined the All Access Dietetics team in 2015 and has coached hundreds of aspiring dietitians in Dietetics Admissions. Today, Susan oversees the company’s 15+ person remote team, manages financials, and works closely with founder Jenny Westerkamp to develop new service offerings. Prior to her role as Chief Operating Officer, she worked as a clinical dietitian while also working in operations for healthcare IT start-up companies.
She is thrilled to continue to help more students gain confidence in their applications to universities nationwide and pass the RD exam!
Chief Marketing Officer
Emily earned her bachelor’s degree in dietetics from the University of Delaware, and completed her dietetic internship / master’s in nutrition and wellness at Bradley University. She lives in New York City and is a Connecticut native. Prior to her role as Chief Marketing Officer with All Access Dietetics, her experience includes: Community Manager at Nutritious Life; Account Manager working alongside Jenny to provide social media and business development support to registered dietitians; and other various marketing campaigns and brand partnerships for a number of registered dietitians. She has been in your shoes and is passionate about making the RD dream more tangible and building up our field, while hopefully providing some laughs along the way! Director of RD Exam Support
Susy Cohen, RD, LDN is a Registered Dietitian from Miami, Florida with a passion for helping and inspiring future dietitians so they can grow, gain confidence in their abilities, and understand the challenging yet incredible concepts of nutrition and its scientific components.
She graduated from Florida International University Summa Cum Laude in December 2019 with a B.S. in Dietetics and Nutrition and then went on to complete her clinical-focused dietetic internship at Larkin Community Hospital in South Miami. With a love for clinical nutrition and nutrition support, Susy currently works as an acute care dietitian in a trauma-level hospital and is working towards her Certified Nutrition Support Clinician (CNSC) credentials. She also has a knack for writing and is currently working on a comprehensive blog for parents and kids requiring tube feeding, as well as children with inborn errors of metabolism, gastrointestinal disorders, among other pediatric conditions.

From San Antonio, Texas and currently living in Chicago, IL. Texas State University class of 2017, B.S. Food & Nutrition (Dietetics Track). Current dietetic intern at Illinois State University with an anticipated finish date in mid May. I knew I wanted to become a dietitian at the age of 14 when I underwent a weight loss journey. Initially I had my sights set on clinical nutrition, but by the time I graduated I found myself to be more interested in pursuing sports nutrition. Ultimate goal is to become a self employed sports dietitian and live in Chicago, IL in the summertime and Austin, TX in the winter time.
Operations Manager
Rachel is a native to San Diego, California and earned her bachelor’s degree in dietetics from San Diego State University. She went on to complete her master’s in integrative wellness at Point Loma Nazarene University where she also obtained her health coaching certification. She is currently a dietetic intern with Wellness Workdays where she is pursuing a concentration in nutrition communications and marketing. Rachel is doing all rotations remotely throughout the country and is no stranger to taking the unconventional path. She started working as a virtual assistant for her DPD director in undergrad and has since taken on several private practice dietitians as clients. Katelyn is a registered dietitian who utilized the Study Smarter Method (taught in our exam prep program) to pass her RD exam on the first attempt. Katelyn is passionate about educating and teaching others! She currently works as an RD at a facility for those with mental health issues and is located in Minnesota. She is excited to help student pass the RD exam so they can use their hard-earned credentials!
