Jessica Isaacs

Jessica is a Sports Dietitian based in Los Angeles with a rich career working with top-tier athletes and creating impactful social media content. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from Purdue University and is a Board Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics. Jessica has made significant contributions as a Sports Dietitian at Kobe Bryant’s MAMBA Sports Academy, UCLA, and the LA Clippers. Dr. Greg Cox

Greg is a Fellow of Sports Dietitians Australia (SDA), an Accredited Practising Dietitian, Level 3 Kinanthropometrist and co-Head of the ACEND-accredited Master of Nutrition and Dietetic Practice program at Bond University. His experience as a Senior Sports Dietitian and Sports Science Medicine Manager at the Australian Institute spans 20 years supporting athletes across numerous Olympic Sports including Triathlon, Sprint and Slalom Canoe, Diving, Gymnastics and Water Polo. He is committed to making a difference in teaching students, working with elite athletes and coaches, and undertaking applied research in sport and the wider nutrition field. Currently, he is pursuing new technologies such as continuous glucose monitors and how these can be utilised in sport

Tamika Watts
MS, RD, LD

Tamika is a sports dietitian who works with collegiate athletes. She started her sports nutrition career after being selected as a Gatorade SNIP fellow for the 2023-24 class at the University of Georgia, where she oversaw Women & Men’s Golf, Basketball, & Cheer & Dance. She is currently the Athletics Sports Dietitian at North Carolina A&T State University, where she oversees all 13 sports teams and she is their first full-time sports dietitian to build a performance nutrition program. She is passionate about diversity in sports nutrition as she believes that every athlete should have someone that they can relate or connect with and feel represented.

Gabrielle Gambino
RD, CDN, MS, CNSC

Gabrielle is a clinical dietitian living in NYC. She was born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA (go Steelers!) and completed a dual BA in Public Relations and Clinical Nutrition at Penn State University. She completed her dietetic internship at Cornell University, and went on to receive her Master’s at NYU. She has been a registered dietitian for a little over 10 years now, holding jobs in a variety of clinical settings, while contributing to an array of journal articles, news/magazine pieces, podcasts and panel discussions. She is currently working as a Senior Clinical Dietitian at NewYork-Presbyterian hospital. Gabrielle believes one of the most important aspects of a career in dietetics is translating science-based findings into digestible and relatable language for the communities who need to hear it most. Through educational outreach, clinical work and media, her mission is to make nutritional science accessible to as many people as possible.

Gillean Barkyoumb
MS, RDN

Gillean is a media dietitian with over a decade of experience working with brands through TV, content creation, and consulting. Some of her most notable brand partnerships include Ninja Kitchen, ALDI, General Mills, and NOW Foods. Additionally, Gillean has been featured in publications like SELF, Well + Good, Eating Well, and Sports Illustrated. She’s also the founder of the What’s for Dinner Club, a resource that provides healthy, easy dinner recipes for busy families. As a mom of 3, she knows how overwhelming it can feel to make your nutrition and priority, so through her work she strives to make nutrition simple and convenient. Gillean is also the co-founder of Expert with Influence where she mentors dietitians and health professionals who want to work with the media to grow their brand and make an impact.

Kristen is the owner of Camelback Nutrition & Wellness, a private nutrition practice with a team of RDs across the country. Having a passion for nutrition communication, she writes for many food and nutrition outlets as well as regularly develops recipes for food brands and media companies. Her nutrition expertise has been featured in InStyle, Bustle, Livestrong, The List, MyFitnessPal and many others. Additionally, Kristen is often featured via local TV segments sharing nutrition tips and tricks. Kristen Carli is an expert media dietitian skilled in nutrition communication. As the co-founder of Expert with Influence, she mentors aspiring media dietitians, helping them make a bigger impact while making a big income. Caroline is both a certified physician assistant and registered dietitian nutritionist who has over 10 years of experience working as a clinician in the area of pediatrics. The creator of TheClinicDietitian, she is a pediatric nutrition and child feeding expert with a passion for educating families on how to start solids via the “baby led weaning” approach. Outside of working in medicine full time, she is a nutrition content creator, business owner, health and wellness media contributor, and educator. Her work has been featured in media outlets including USA Today and CBS. She prides herself in the ability to help new moms and parents navigate the first year of feeding their baby with ease and confidence.

Cassidy is a Registered Dietitian turned Physician Assistant with a passion for improving accessibility for patients. As a RD she worked in retail nutrition, outpatient nutrition, and dialysis clinics. As a Physician Assistant she now works in motility gastroenterology melding her two passions of nutrition and medicine in a large tertiary care hospital. Outside of work, Cassidy enjoys working with various Physician Assistant interest groups/academic programs as well as dietitians to provide evidenced based education through speaking, media, and writing.

Colleen Sloan

Colleen received her Masters of Medical Science from Nova Southeastern University and has been a practicing Pediatric PA since 2017. Prior to going to PA school, she worked as a Registered Dietitian helping patients on their weight loss journey. Recognizing the gap in medicine and nutrition, she created the Exam Room Nutrition Podcast to teach clinicians about nutrition, so they feel confident guiding patients on their health journey. Through this podcast, she aims to teach healthcare professionals how to have meaningful conversations about nutrition with patients. She loves animals, a good cup of coffee and reading books with her 14 year old daughter.

Kyra Johnson

Kyra was born and raised in Grand Rapids, MI. She completed her undergraduate degree in Nutrition and Dietetics at Western Michigan University and she is currently completing her Masters degree and Dietetic Internship at WMU, and will graduate in Fall 2025. She is extremely passionate about understanding culture and making it an integral part of healthcare (dietetics). Throughout her undergraduate years, she gained experience working with the YWCA of greater Kalamazoo preparing meals for the children in child care. Antonio is a proud first-generation college student turned PhD. His research focused on a specific niche- motivating and helping Macho Men (specifically Hispanic men) to care about their health. Given his unique personal and doctoral experience, Dr. Miranda is now a public speaker and author. He speaks on topics including men’s health, reducing Hispanic health disparities, and college/career strategies. His professional experiences include outpatient education, adjunct professor, and clinical educator for industry.

Jean Liu

Jean is a Taiwanese-American Registered Dietitian based in LA and Boston specializing in the treatment of eating disorders, teaching body liberation through an Intuitive Eating and Health At Every Size (HAESⓇ) framework. Jean’s work addresses the impact that systems of oppression and generational trauma have on food and body perspectives, providing a trauma-informed and inclusive approach for BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, and neurodivergent communities. Her marginalized identities and lived experiences with disordered eating as an athlete facilitate her passion, connection, and compassion for her work and clients. With experience working in an eating disorder treatment center and current work in an outpatient group practice, Jean has seven years of expertise in the field of eating disorders and offers comprehensive care to her clients at all stages of recovery.

Jenny Westerkamp

Jenny is the CEO and Founder of All Access Dietetics, the nation’s leader in supporting future dietitians through the process of applying to dietetics graduate programs, passing the RD exam, and launching their careers. She is also the Founder of All Access Dietitians, a virtual group practice of registered dietitians. Using the “Dietitian Coach Approach” they combine the sciences of nutrition and motivation to guide their clients to better health. She has 15 years of experience working with professional athletes and individuals and is a board certified specialist in sports dietetics. Jocelyn is a Registered Dietitian with a Master’s Degree in Clinical Nutrition. She is dedicated to helping patients and healthcare providers access evidence-based nutrition information and resources. Jocelyn leads partnerships at FODZYME, a digestive enzyme designed for FODMAP intolerances. In her role, she runs educational programming for clinicians, nutrition communications, and industry partnerships. Jocelyn is passionate about enhancing patients’ relationships with food to improve quality of life and health outcomes.
