Coach Bio

Kristen Carli graduated from the University of Arizona in 2013 with a degree in psychology. After launching a career and moving to Washington, DC, she uncovered her passion for nutrition and began exploring how to turn that dream into reality. She returned to school to study nutrition and dietetics, and graduated from Arizona State University in 2018. Kristen completed her training with Gulf Coast Dietetic Internship, a distance program focused on nutrition entrepreneurship. She is currently working on her M.S. in human nutrition and functional medicine from the University of Western States.

Kristen is the owner of Camelback Nutrition & Wellness, a private practice located in Scottsdale, AZ specializing in chronic disease prevention and management. She also runs Mostly Green, a blog where she develops and shares plant-based recipes that are nutritious, easy to make, and enjoyable on any night of the week. Kristen is passionate about making the DICAS process simple, and is eager to help applicants succeed in taking the next step on their journey to becoming an RD.
