“The built-in calculator is especially exciting for quick, custom estimations as well. Overall, it has been a great tool to utilize and reference as I am transitioning into this field of Dietetics.”
-Emily Lyday, RD, LD
“The handout package has been very beneficial for providing athletes with additional information that I may not be able to cover in a quick counseling session and it ensures that they have reliable sources when they are working on their nutrition at home.”

Jessica’s materials helped me SO much in my practice. They can be used for a variety of populations and catered to your specific needs. I found her calorie and macro calculator was easy to use and saved me a ton of time having to do these calculations by hand. Worth the money!”
